Customer Review: I love it!!
The Slippers are really comfortable to wear. The design is really great and I love the color!!
Customer Review: Dearfoam's
I use to love Dearfoam slippers, but now they sew the tag in such a way that you can't remove one side of the tag. I'm a sewer, so I use seam rippers, but still can't get the whole tag out. The tags are made with a really stiff, itchy ribbon type of material and I actually get blisters from them. I just can't wear their slippers any longer. One lady wrote that these are quite stiff and not as comfortable as the older style and I agree with that too. It's a shame that they've become for concerned with people removing their tags than the comfort of their customers.

When we look at the clothes and accessories that we wear we tend to concentrate on style and on the impression that we create. It's also clear that achieving any sense of style tends to come at a financial prices.

This is true for all elements of our attire, including shoes. Some of us may not give footwear very much thought at all but there's no doubt that shoes are a costly item. Depending on how many pairs you own, it may be that you wear them extremely frequently.

Despite this, do you ever wonder if they're really worth the money? We all like to look good and be wearing nice things, but aren't there other things that we could be spending the money on?

It's a difficult concept because it's clear that we want to be buying high quality footwear. Surely such products are bound to have a hefty price tag?

This used to be my way of thinking and was very much confirmed every time I walked into a high street shoe store. Footwear prices seemed to be high and the number of options that I had available to me was relatively low.

This caused a couple of significant problems for me, as a consumer. The first was that I was having to choose from a relatively limited number of footwear ranges. I would typically only end up finding a few styles that I really liked.

The other problem was that I wasn't prepared to travel for miles in order to visit numerous shoe shops and carry out a real comparison of the prices that were available in each. In short, I had access to very few shoes and had little idea whether they even represented good value for money.

Looking back on this time, I wonder just how much extra I was paying. It's not easy to quantify, but it's clear that I could have been saving money, without missing out on quality.

The answer to my problems was, of course, to buy my shoes online. By doing so, I have access to numerous different shoe stores and can quickly compare prices. It's all a lot more simple and considerably less costly.

When I shop for footwear online I also look out for internet discount codes, which can really add to the savings.

I wonder how I ever managed before I started to shop for shoes online.

Dearfoams Men's Corduroy Moccasin

Slip your cold feet into the Corduroy moccasin slipper from Dearfoams to revive and warm yourself. This handsome slipper has a wide wale corduroy upper, soft terry lining and insole, a roomy round toe, and a flexible indoor/outdoor rubber outsole. Nothing will treat your feet better.
Customer Review: good all-purpose slipper at great price.
Light enough to be packable and machine-washable to be practical. The quilted corduroy appears to be cotton, while the inside is lined with a soft microfiber. It's the right weight to be comfortable year-round, and I like the cushion-y insole as well as the rubber-y outsole. (prevents you from getting your socks wet--don't you just hate it when that happens?). These men's Dearfoams should do the job well and last at least a couple of years. Excellent value for the price.
Customer Review: Very nice slippers for the money...
I looked at all the usual places for slippers...L L Bean, Land End, etc. and found them to be very expensive and lined with fur, which makes my feet sweat. These slippers are about half the price, very comfortable, and no sweaty feet. I highly recommend these. I was worried that they would look bad with the corderoy, but they look and feel great.

Youve been invited to the bridal shower what fun! You already have a wonderful wedding gift, but you arent sure about bridal shower gift ideas. The first rule of thumb is that a bridal shower gift is generally a bit more personal; that is, it focuses on the bride rather than the couple. So think in terms of her likes and dislikes as well as the theme of the party.

Many times you can get your best bridal shower gift ideas simply by reading the invitation closely. Will they be showering her with gifts for her honeymoon trip? Then think about where shes going and what shes like. If theyre skiing in Colorado, you have a head start. Think about a luxurious cashmere scarf, snuggly slippers, or perhaps a wonderful bottle of schnapps and two crystal glasses for in front of the lodges fire in the evenings!

Is it a kitchen shower? Think about her favorite types of food and go from there. If she likes baking, a basket of the little necessities is nice extracts and flavored oils, measuring spoons, muffin tins, and a pastry brush for instance.

Anything personal is always nice, since in the coming weeks the bride will be rushing about like mad. Giving a gift of relaxation is a sure-fire hit. A pedicure and manicure gift certificate, a massage or day at the spa are all wonderful gestures.

Is the bride practical? Put together a great little everything basket to keep by her phone or on her desk that has all those things you can never find when you need them: A few nice pens, clear nail polish, postage stamps, a small bottle of her favorite perfume, a nail file, a change purse with a few bills and some change, a notepad, a small screwdriver, tape, and anything else you usually need at a moments notice and cant find! Tuck in some decadent chocolates for emergency fuel and youre set!

Dearfoams Women's Sueded Microfiber Bootie

This Dearfoams bootie is so cushy, you'll want to buy it for yourself, then give a few as gifts. It features a sueded fabric upper and laced trim that gathers into a tassel on top. Foam cushioning supplies serious warmth and coziness, ensuring that this will be the slipper you'll wear most often.
Customer Review: Perfect indoor/outdoor slippers
I work at home and I have two dogs, so these are perfect. They're comfortable, warm, and I don't have to put real shoes on to go out in the yard with the dogs. The soles are thick rubber and they keep my feet from getting wet or cold. I got them a little big (normally I wear a 7 and I ordered an 8) so I could wear them with socks, but since they stretched out pretty easily I could've kept my original size -- so do keep that in mind when you're ordering.

Mystery shopper focus groups specialize in mystery shopping. They improve a shopper's ability to purchase. Mystery shopper focus groups are useful tools for collecting qualitative data from group discussions. They work to make sure that customer service is good, stores are clean, and the customers satisfied. Mystery shopper focus groups cover restaurants, banks, supermarkets, drug stores, theaters, video stores and fast food outlets. Most of these focus groups are hired by big companies or corporations to assist their retail shops.

Mystery shopper focus groups differ from surveys. A survey is normally a page of questions. But focus groups generally have longer forms; they might ask you a series of questions, receive your response and then ask you another set of questions. Thus they give more appropriate results. Most focus groups act like consumers and tabulate the services they receive. They then evaluate these findings with other consumers in a central location, with the proceedings being taped for further reference.

There are many mystery shopper focus groups online. Mystery shopping companies use these groups as tools for education and growth. They recruit mystery shoppers and train them for each assignment. Online mystery shopper focus groups are far more advanced than others. They watch the shop proceedings online with hidden cameras, or receive services by phone or online quotes and e-mail a client's brochure for mystery shoppers. They use the microphone and speaker on their computers to interact verbally with the focus group coordinator. Online mystery shopper focus groups work very fast, save time and reduce costs.

Mystery shopper focus groups not only give insights on what consumers think, but also why they think so. They can reveal consensus and diversity of participants' needs, experiences, preferences and assumptions, provide unpredicted comments and new perspectives, and encourage participants to express their feelings fully and honestly. Mystery shopper focus groups provide in-depth information that is not always possible to collect within the structure of a quantitative study.

The drawbacks of mystery shopper focus groups include the generation of large amount of data that is difficult to analyze, small samples and outspoken individuals dominating the discussions. The quality of information depends on the skills of the moderator of the group.

When you are a first time mother, you don't know what to expect period. People tell you all about their personal experiences and this just tends to be more nerve wracking for you the expectant mother. You hear that you need to pack a bag and get it ready for the hospital, because you will be in such a rush to get there. But what do you take with you to the hospital? Well here are some helpful tips so you have everything ready to go when your water breaks.

First of all, you shouldn't wait until your water breaks to pack your bags. Have your bag packed and waiting by the door you leave out of, at least a week before your due date.

Make sure that when its time to go to the hospital, you or your husband has a watch with a second hand. This way you can time your contractions, this will be very helpful for when you get to the hospital.

Make sure you have a cell phone, and on your way to the hospital make the necessary calls to family and relatives that you want to be at the hospital. Grandparents, sisters, and brothers, mothers in laws etc. Let your husband concentrate on driving and if your not in to much pain then you should try to make the calls.

For your laboring room when you are in labor, you should bring warm socks, hospital rooms are usually cold, a couple of washcloths for sweating and if you would like your own birthing gown, which can be a nightgown or whatever you want it to be. The hospital usually supplies these things for you so if you are a light packer you can leave these things at home.

For your hospital room you are going to need a robe, and some nightgowns, again the hospital will provide these if you don't want to take these. Slippers and some sweatpants and a sweatshirt, your makeup and everything you are going to need to get ready, hairdryer curling iron etc. You most likely won't look so hot after you have your baby, and since you will have visitors it's a good idea to bring thes thing. Also if you have a preference on sanitary napkins bring these or else the hospital will have these as well.

For going home you are going to need, an outfit, a nursing bra, if planning to breast feed, or just a bra. Underwear, shoes you get the point. A jacket if it's cold outside. Last but not least a couple bags to bring home flowers and presents

For the babies ride home you are going to need a car seat, an outfit including an undershirt and socks or booties, a couple of heavy baby blankets, one to swaddle baby in and if it's cold outside another one to cover babies head.

Dearfoams Men's Louisiana State University Slipper

Home Free! You're a crafty one. The IRS hasn't been able to collect on your debt. But don't get comfortable yet. The IRS's next weapon is on the way. The IRS Revenue Officer will knock on your door without warning. And if you don't cooperate you can kiss your assets goodbye.

Ambushed: Revenue Officers want to catch you off guard. You could be at home in your bunny slippers or working at the office when a Revenue Officer comes knocking. So if you owe debt and you've gotten away so far, watch your back for the men in black.

Know The Steps a Revenue Officer will take before seizing your assets.

  1. Make a surprise visit to your home or place of work
  2. Ask you questions or set up an interview at their office. The Revenue Officer will give you the chance to discuss a payment arrangement.
  3. The Revenue Officer will record your financial information on detailed IRS forms. The Revenue Officer wants to know where all your assets are, so he can seize them quickly if necessary.
  4. The Revenue Officer may then use their powers of seizure to collect for the IRS Debt if you do not cooperate or set up some kind of payment arrangement.

Playing Detective: Your Revenue Officer's going to ask detailed questions about your financial situation. You'll be expected to fill out Form 433-A, "Collection Information Statement for Wage Earners and Self Employed Individuals." It's five pages worth of information. The IRS will use it to determine how you will pay.

Enforcing Collection: After The Revenue Officer has your info, he'll do the following:

-Demand immediate payment if your statement shows you can pay

-Request you obtain a bank loan if you don't have the funds.

-If the Bank turns you down, he expects you to borrow from friends and family.

-He'll request that you sell your assets to pay your debt.

-If You don't do this, the Revenue Officer will begin Enforced Collections- your assets will be seized.

Face to Face with the Enemy- Legally, you can't be forced to answer the Revenue Officer's questions. But if you don't, you risk "enforced collections" action. That is, seizure of your assets and wages! So be on your best behavior and cooperate. You will not like your Revenue Officer when he's angry.

Now You Have The Smoking Gun...Use it!
